1. The essence of the detailed list of export goods is a simple transportation contract between the owner and the forwarder.
2. The details of export goods are comprehensive, including the contents of the bill of lading and all the contents required for customs declaration. For example: the name of the bill of lading, the Notifying Party of the bill of lading, the country of trade, the contract number, the mode of transaction, the freight and the mode of transportation, the port of shipment, the port of destination, the date of shipment, the mode of foreign exchange settlement, the shipping mark, the name of the goods, the HS code, the specifications and the goods number, the number of pieces, the quantity, the gross weight, the net weight, the unit price, the total price, the volume, etc.
3. The filling contents of goods specifications mainly include: model number, order number, ingredient content, quantity, unit price, total price, etc.
4. The notes indicate the list of documents delivered to the forwarder.
5. The goods with inconsistent unit price and product name shall be filled in separately.

Freight is not the number, but the freight prepaid or freight collect.
1、出口货物明细单实质是货主和货代之间逐笔的简式运输合同。
2、出口货物明细单中内容全面，包括提单的内容以及报关所需填写的全部内容。比如：提单抬头人、提单通知人、贸易国别、合同号、成交方式、运费及运输方式、出运港、目的港、出运日期、结汇方式、唛头、货物品名、HS编码、规格及货号、件数、数量、毛重、净重、单价、总价、体积等。
3、货物规格的填写内容主要包括：款号、订单号、成分含量、数量、单价、总价等。
4、备注中写明交付货代公司的单据清单。
5、单价、品名不一致的货物分别填写。
注意：
运费不是写数目，而是写FREIGHT PREPAID或者FREIGHT COLLECT。
