法定检验商品出口报检时必须填制的申报单据。 填制要点： 1.收货人，只填写英文或不填。 2.货物名称，仅用概括性用语描述即可，中英文均写。 3.数量/重量，按货物的第一法定计量单位填写。 4.货物总值，一般按照商业发票的金额填写。 5.包装，商品的外包装。 6.运输工具号码，不填写。
