Introduction

XK-3110G2 is used for the management and control of two-machine system or one-drive-two system in concrete production process. It can control two sets of mixer equipment at the same time, with high production efficiency. You can set whether to share the scale. The common scale adopts competitive feeding mode to maximize production efficiency.

Function

1. One or two sets of mixer equipment can be managed at the same time to realize full-automatic competitive production, and the failure of one set of equipment will not affect the normal operation of the other set of equipment.
2. It can be applied to two feeding modes: climbing bucket or inclined belt+storage bucket.
3. It can control up to 10 weighing controllers.
4. Any aggregate scale can be set as shared or not shared.
5. Use unified formula management (different formula ingredients can be achieved if the scale is not shared).
6. Water timing metering can be selected.
7. You can save and print reports of 50 batches, as well as daily and monthly cumulative reports.(Optional)
8. Print function, you can set whether to automatically print the batch report, and you can query and print the history of 50 batches. (Optional)
9. Automatic recognition of fault alarm.
10. Operation, suspension and stop can be controlled by DI.
11. Humanized setting of Han Display LCD.
12. Backlight mode can be set.
13. The indicator light indicates the current working status of each batching instrument.
14. Display in Chinese and English. (Optional)
