CHIMEI CB1000S Batching Indicator
Simple PLC function is provided to simplify the external control logic. Up to 20 sets of recipes can be stored. Bi-directional RS232/RS485 serial port is equipped, multi-port communication is possible by using RS485 input and output port. Real time clock is equipped. It can also generate reports, showing materials consumption, formula production quantity. Batch report is also available for individual batch, giving a clear indication of the actual amount of materials consumed.Control up to 15 kinds of ingredient.

Production summary showing the production total of each formula is available. Material consumption monitoring. Configuration can be modified through keyboard or RS232/RS485. Optional BCD or analog output for weighing data.
